great access to parks and nearby attractions for walking
I loved staying here because there was easy access to Grass Island, perfect for a leisurely stroll, and the Castellani Art Museum of Niagara University was less than 5 km away, ideal for immersing myself in local culture, which made my weekend explorations truly enjoyable.

In my wife’s opinion, breakfast options were lacking, and the indoor pool could use some more family-friendly hours.

Had a lovely stay for one night in a clean room where I really appreciated the fresh smell of bleach and the comfy beds. I enjoyed chilling by the indoor pool and soaking in the hot tub, which was a nice surprise. The only drawback was the noise level from doors closing, so maybe bring earplugs! 😊

mixed feelings about my stay
The indoor swimming pool was enjoyable and a hit with my kids. The staff were friendly and ready to assist when needed, making check-in easy. Free Wi-Fi made it convenient to plan our outings and stay connected. During my stay, I appreciated the spaciousness of the facility that allowed my family to spread out comfortably.
The room cleanliness left much to be desired.

Not what we expected
We had a rough time here, yikes! The room looked nice at first, but it was pretty dirty – like, our socks were brown from the floor. The cold pool was a bummer too, especially since we were celebrating my daughter's bday. On the bright side, the restaurant was decent. Just don’t expect a clean or restful stay.

The early check-in was a nice touch, allowing us to settle in right away. The proximity to local attractions made it easy to explore without much hassle, which was a slight consolation.
Upon entering the room, it felt run down and dirty, with suspicious stains on the sheets and a general odor that lingered. The bathroom bore signs of neglect, with peeling patches and hair left behind. The pool area didn't live up to expectations either. it felt chilly, and the lack of towels was a nuisance. Not to mention, the noisy environment made it difficult to relax, especially with metal carts and yelling in the hallways at early hours. The ice machine being out of order further compounded the frustrations, making the overall experience less than stellar.

Good location but cleanliness needs improvement
The location was quite convenient, just a quick drive from Niagara Falls, making it easy to explore the area. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. the floors felt sticky, and the overall hygiene was not up to par. It would be great if the hotel focused more on maintaining a clean environment for guests.

good location and decent service
despite the chaos, the warm morning coffee greeted us. just know to bring extra towels for your family or risk asking multiple times during your stay. stay away from the shady restaurant next door, too!
